Safrina Nishad, founder of Pantry Half Full keeps her recipes simple, attractive and precise. I love the alternation between Indian and non-Indian dishes. It’s extremely easy to follow yet the dishes are quite unique.
In the 2 months that I’ve been following her, I’ve successfully created 3 dishes from the site:
Chocolate brownie cookie: The brownie aspect makes the cookie extremely light and the chocolate chunks adds the umph and flavor. Great, unique combination.
Homemade pita bread: Really thin & crispy. Healthier option to have with hummus and babaganoush at home versus store bought bread.
Chocolate chunk granola bar: Great healthy snack to keep lying around the house. Easy to change up the recipe by mixing different kind of dry fruits during each batch.
